Can I create several digital business cards for different employees or departments?

For the packages Minimum and optimum you must purchase any additional services separately and apply for them again via the store. In contrast, with our Premium package the addition of extra services free of charge and can be carried out independently. If you have any uncertainties or specific questions, please contact our support team using the additional telephone number.

How do I integrate my digital business card into my website?

Embed as iFrameIf your digital business card has its own URL and can be displayed as a separate page, use an iFrame to embed it directly into your website. This keeps the visitor on your site while they see the contents of the business card.

My digital business card is not displayed correctly - what can I do?

If your digital business card is not displayed correctly, you can take the following steps to resolve the problem:

  1. Check browserMake sure that you are using a current and compatible browser. Sometimes older or less common browsers can have problems with modern web technologies.
  2. Delete cache and cookiesClear the cache and cookies of your browser. This can often solve display problems as outdated or corrupted data is removed.
  3. Check script blockingCheck whether extensions are active in your browser that could block JavaScript or other scripts. Temporarily disable these extensions to see if this solves the problem.

Can I link my business card to my own domain?

You can embed our digital business card on your own website using an iframe. However, the use of your own domain is only possible with the Premium package.

How can I generate a QR code for my digital business card?

We automatically generate a QR code for your B-CARD, which is displayed directly on your digital business card.

Can I record or track the visitors on my B-CARD analysis tools?

If you wish, you can link analysis tools such as Google Analytics and others to your B-CARD. Please note, however, that a corresponding cookie message must be integrated on your digital business card.

How long is my digital business card valid?

Your business card is valid for one year. Your subscription is paid annually and can be canceled at any time at the end of the year.

How can I extend my subscription?

The subscription is renewed every year if it is not canceled

What can I do if I don't want to renew my subscription?

Can I cancel my B-CARD at any time?

How do I get a receipt for my booking?

You will receive a booking voucher immediately after your order. For the Premium package, we will send you a request for payment by e-mail after contacting you and making individual arrangements.
