You can manage your B-CARD yourself with access to the back office. If you have any questions or concerns, please use the change form or contact us directly by e-mail for assistance.
Premium customers also have a telephone number they can use to reach us during business hours.

Can I create digital business cards for different employees or departments?
With the Minimum package, you must switch to the Optimum package for additional business cards. If you have the Optimum or Premium package, you can purchase a slot for an additional charge of CHF 16.– per card per year. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to contact our support team on the additional telephone number provided.

How do I integrate my digital business card into my website?
Embed as an iFrame: If your digital business card has its own URL and can be displayed as a standalone page, use an iFrame to embed it directly into your website. This way, visitors remain on your page while viewing the contents of the business card.
My digital business card is not displayed correctly - what can I do?
If your digital business card is not displayed correctly, you can take the following steps to resolve the problem:
- Check your browser: Ensure that you are using an up-to-date and compatible browser. Older or less common browsers can sometimes have problems with modern web technologies.
- Clear your cache and cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can often fix display issues by removing outdated or corrupted data.
- Check for script blocking: Check whether there are any extensions active in your browser that could be blocking JavaScript or other scripts. Temporarily disable these extensions to see if this solves the problem.

Can I link my business card to my own domain?
You can embed our digital business card on your own website using an iframe. However, the use of your own domain is only possible with the Premium package.
How can I generate a QR code for my digital business card?
We automatically generate a QR code for your B-CARD, which is displayed directly on your digital business card.
Can I record or track the visitors on my B-CARD analysis tools?
If you wish, you can link analysis tools such as Google Analytics and others to your B-CARD. Please note, however, that a corresponding cookie message must be integrated on your digital business card.

How long is my digital business card valid?
Your digital business card is valid for one year. Your subscription is paid annually and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the subscription year.
How can I extend my subscription?
The subscription is renewed every year if it is not canceled

What can I do if I don't want to renew my subscription?
You can cancel your annual subscription at any time at the end of the subscription year. Please submit your written notice of termination using our form provided for this purpose. Cancellation form
Can I cancel my B-CARD at any time?
You can cancel your annual subscription to the digital business card at any time. Please note, however, that subscriptions already paid for the remaining term of the subscription will not be refunded. Cancellation form
How do I get a receipt for my booking?
You will receive a booking voucher immediately after your order. For the Premium package, we will send you a request for payment by e-mail after contacting you and making individual arrangements.
